Educators already know what their students need.

We build the conditions for them to act on it. Matiq Labs runs Learning & Design Labs where teachers examine real data, name what's actually happening in their school, and design the response themselves.

The ProbleM

When something isn't working at a school, the usual move is to bring in outside experts who diagnose, prescribe, and leave. Teachers get handed a binder. Nothing changes.

The people who actually know these community, their teachers, counselors and coaches are treated as the problem, not the people with the answers. So the same patterns repeat: kids get sent out of class, kids stop showing up, and everyone assumes it's about the kids. Usually, it isn't.
