Design Lab Cohort
A six-month cohort where individual educators from different schools work together to identify an equity challenge at their own site, design a response, pilot it, and share what they learned.
Who it serves: Individual educators currently working in K–12 schools — teachers, counselors, site leaders, and support staff.
Learning & Design Lab
A partnership with a school where Matiq Labs works alongside educators to examine their school's data, build better teaching practices, and design structural changes from the inside out.
Who it serves: Teachers, instructional coaches, school culture and climate staff, and school leaders at K–12 schools.
Teacher Learning Exchange
A structured experience where educators from rural and urban schools spend two days inside each other's schools, then return home to design something new for their students based on what they saw.
Who it serves: Practicing teachers from rural schools and urban schools. Cross-context, cross-geography. Participants receive a stipend.
