Matiq Labs was born from our experiences as educators-turned-innovators, united by a deep commitment to a more just and equitable world. As three Teach For America alumni, we’ve taught in classrooms, led nonprofit programs, advised philanthropies, and consulted with businesses—yet in every space, we witnessed the same failing: change efforts that overlook the voices, expertise, and leadership of the people they’re meant to serve.
