We embed within partner districts and institutions to explore how people, systems, and processes interact. Through interviews, observations, and data analysis, we uncover insights and co-create a shared vision for our Design Labs.

Our Design Labs come to life over 6–12 months, blending asynchronous and synchronous learning. Participants experiment, collaborate, and apply new strategies in real-time, iterating solutions that fit their context.

We celebrate and share learnings with partners and communities. Participants close out projects, reflect on impact, and plan how to scale solutions across classrooms, schools, and communities.
