Co-Creation & Community Lab

Purpose: Bring together educators, students, parents, and community partners to collaboratively solve challenges, strengthen school systems, and design sustainable, community-rooted solutions.

Focus Areas:

• Joint problem-solving on school policies, programs, and community initiatives

• Co-developing systems for assessment, feedback, social-emotional support, and enrichment pathways

• Mapping and integrating local resources to support student success

• Prototyping innovations that serve the entire school community and long-term impact

Format:

• Facilitated multi-stakeholder workshops, scenario-based planning, and strategic design sessions

• Iterative Communities of Practice or collaborative project incubation
